Our mission is to inspire women to tackle the tech & entrepreneurship field.

We aspire to push the numbers of female tech founders and shape a sustainable Startup- and Innovation-scene in Mannheim.

Therefore we create experiences that inspire and accelerate both online and offline conversations to improve the representation of women in technology and create national and international visibility.

 

Break the barrier. Giving women hands-on knowledge and access to enter the tech-startup field.

Fuel entrepreneurship. Show Role Models, tell their stories and inspire others to use their skills and follow their ideas.

Change the tech startup scene. Creating a sustainable ecosystem for the future means establishing a diverse community. We offer exchange by networking and meeting other female founders, tech enthusiasts and women in business.

Create a female tech talent pool. We bring the skilled minds of studentd, aspiring entrepreneurs and young professionals together to create a female tech talent pool in Mannheim and diversify tech startups and businesses.

ROLE MODELS. THINK BIG. GET INSPIRED.

How can we get women more involved in developing technology and entrepreneurship? We believe that female role models matter! So we interviewed role models from allaround the world – giving authentic female entrepreneurs the plattform to tell their story, give insights and inspire the Mannheim community of female founders.

By sharing their personal stories we get an insight into the world of tech from the perspective of successful women. We will learn what they have achieved, what keeps them motivated, what they have had to sacrifice to reach their goals and especially: how to think big.

FEMALE‘S FAVOUR{IT}E CONFERENCE

Connecting women in a digital world: that‘s the focus of the Fem{IT}.

The conference initiated by Hackerstolz women and NEXT MANNHEIM is designed for women of all ages and professional backgrounds to come together and exchange experiences on tech topics. Our Vision: To create a platform to share knowledge and network.

Upgrade your skills or learn something completely new. Meet IT professionals and listen to their industry insights during, let your voice be heard by talking about your field of work and build long-lasting connections.

After two awesome events in 2018 and 2019 with in total 25+ talks and workshops as well as 300+ participants, the Female's Favour{IT}e is coming back in 2024!

I/*npu*/T sessions

The idea behind our recurring "I/*npu*/T sessions": to teach Tech Women how to do business and business women how to do tech.   

The inspiring events focus on different tech topics or current trends and provide valuable insights as well as hands-on knowledge. Get started with Quantum Computing, Music Technology, Smart Home, Snap, Machine Learning, and many more topics… And of course part of every session: Connect with the local Women Tech Founders Community.
